Morning, visit the following sites :

Start the day by enjoying a one hour cyclo cycle (3-wheel pushing bike) ride around the city center to get a true feel of how the local lifestyle is like.

Independence Palace or Reunification Palace : spend 40 minutes witnessing and understanding the Saigon history’s ups and downs with your knowledgeable local guide.

Notre Dame cathedral (stand outside) and Central Post Office (visit inside) : showing great architectures of the French supervision period over Saigon.

Opera House and City Hall (stand outside) and Nguyen Hue walking street : All of them are in the heart of the city, showing why Saigon was named THE PEARL OF THE FAR EAST and Indochina’s capital city.

Ho Thi Ky Flower market – considered as a little Saigon where you can get the true feel of ever dynamic life of Saigonese people. Hundreds of flower shops sell thousands of flowers in beautiful designs and meanings. Tiny alleys full with food stalls and drink shops are always busy with locals. Flea markets with daily use products will never make you bored by looking at them.

Continue by visiting Nguyen Thien Thuat Old apartment. This is also a great local area where you can understand better of Apartment life. Old apartments with 3 stories with 20-30 square meter size but people can still live and make their life interesting.

Thien Hau temple is where the Chinese worship God of The Sea who had supported their spiritual life for centuries. It’s considered the oldest Chinese temple (1760) and meets the National Level of Recognition.
