We always need a 50% deposit for whatever tour you book as a way to secure your booking. Airfare must be fully paid.

In case the tour doesn’t include airfare and accommodations, we will just need a 20% -30% deposit. We will try our best to help you pay as small as possible based on the total tour cost so the payment fee is LESS.

The balance of tour cost will be handed to us by cash or by the above method on the first date of the trip when we meet for the first time.

• Deposit amount is in local currency which is VND – amount in your currency will be automatically converted, based on the exchange rate at the moment of payment.
• 3.3 % service charge is already added in the total amount.

METHOD 2 – BY WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM by CASH

• This is one of the fastest and safest ways. It’s an international money sending service which has offices in almost all banks or jewelry shops. 
• Payment fee is done by YOU.
